I’m currently lusting after this !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . With Dark Cherry Metallic paint with dark cherry leather interior, I’d be living the Cadillac life. However, it also has a crunched rear corner, so I guess I’d be living the $1000 Cadlillac life.

Dude, one word: LT1.
I’ve got a ‘94 Roadmaster Estate, which has the same engine and transmission (and probably lots of other parts), and it is a very satisfying car to drive if you like land barges, which I’m assuming you do.
According to Wikipedia, that car had an optional towing package, similar to what I’ve got on my Buick. I didn’t know about it till after I bought the car, and I still would have bought it either way, but it has some nice extras (transmission cooler, limited slip diff, etc). Might be worth looking into. On my car, the quick way to check is to see if it has one electrically powered radiator fan and one mechanically driven fan, and it looks like that may be true of this Caddy too.
All that to say: do it!

For me LT1 isn’t a big selling point. I had a ‘96 years ago and it was the biggest lemon I’ve ever owned, and that damn optispark was one of the biggest culprits. But I did like the comfortable ride.
I’m not sure I can rationalize a fourth vehicle, especially since come spring the bike is going to get a lot of my driving time.

Fair enough. I haven’t had my Buick that long, so I’m still enamored of the V8 and haven’t had Optispark issues (yet - fingers crossed). And yeah, as a 4th car, I dunno. Still, $1k is pretty tempting.
